Picnics, Painting, Parks and Piccolos
Posted by Cindy on September 1st, 2009

Now this is a little shindig that’s quite worthy of your time…
Gallery artist, David McCullough will be painting live, alongside the Dallas Wind Symphony as they perform, while overlooking beautiful White Rock Lake. This all takes place Sunday, September 6, 2009 (Memorial Weekend). Bring your picnic dinner and enjoy live music, a live painting, and then the movie E.T. presented by A.F.I.
David McCullough will begin painting at 7pm when the symphony begins to play and he will paint for approximately 1 1/2 hrs. His painting will be available for purchase following the performance. Reply to this email for pricing inquiries.
In 2007 David graduated with his PhD of Art and Technology from the University of Texas at Dallas. David also has received the Moss/Chumley award for his life-long outstanding support of the visual arts in North Texas and his especially compelling and beautiful artworks.
Picnic in the Park is free, but does require a ticket to enter. I have a limited number of tickets available for those who want to attend. Email Kayla@HCGgallery or stop by the gallery on Friday or Saturday of this week to reserve your place! Also visit www.wrr101.com for more information or to reserve tickets to the event.
