Frank Campagna (the mastermind of the mural) is putting finishing touches on it today and the Periodic Table of Dallas will be up for at least four weeks. If you caught the news this weekend, you may have seen the mural as a work in progress, we had crews from Ch. 11 and Ch. 8 drop by to tape the painting process.
The big event is Sunday, December 9th at 6:00 p.m., the event playbill will feature a legend explaining what the elements are abbreviations for.
All Art Conspiracy III proceeds will benefit the after school and summertime arts and music programs offered by St. Anthony’s Community Center in South Dallas.
The divine Sarah Jane Semrad chronicled the whole process, with pics to prove it, here.

I like how Kate and I are side-by-side…
Cash hung out with the gang too…more on that later….

Cindy, how is it possible that we are both on this mural (mine are the fine wh letters, and the Felons show up a couple rows above; both love Hal Samples; have budding photographers offspring who love Hal, and yet have still never met. I’m beginning to think we might be the same person.
BTW, Cavern show Saturday with Somebody’s Darling; Cut*off and Felons was absolutely fantastic. Great crowd, great show.
