CD World In-Store

The lovely Ms. Amanda and I spent a perfectly lovely afternoon at CD World, pouring over (and purchasing) CDs and listening to a splendid in-store performance by Jonathan of Comrade. The kid is good I tells ya.

    sounds like you guys got there right when I left. I hadn’t seen instruments or anything being setup, so I checked the info from the car. I didn’t have much in the way of money, and it is very hard for me not to spend money in a record store.

    I was really thinking of going to Denton tonight, but I may just end up at the cavern. Or maybe I’ll just be a hermit and stay home again. thanks for posting the audio and video though!

    Ryan I looked for you! I posted some sort of early time information earlier and I apologize that I was about an hour too early. I’m at the mercy of the info I recieve.

    Honey come over to Club Dada tomorrow night (Sunday) for a great night….secret wondrous Jenn’s Open mic stuff you couldn’t even get into Nokia to see up close…I’ll save you a seat and depend on you to take over my camera!

    I really enjoyed this in-store. Dave, not sure about the songs they have recorded you might check in with them on their MySpace page.

    Some of them have been cheaply recorded by Jonno & Ben from Comrade, but they’re old recordings, and haven’t been given the “Comrade” treatment yet. But Comrade will only get bigger, so I’m sure those songs will surface.
